Support Engineer - Multinational American Corporation Our client is looking for a temporary employee to support, advice and assist Customer per and post Microsoft Office 365 Migration!
In this role, you will focus on Customer End User Assistance during and after Microsoft O365 migration. Required level of experience: Student; 1-3 years experience. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve migration issues quickly and efficiently; - Assist and Advise Service Desk Customer facing agents; - Coach and Support Service Desk Agents; - Provide 'Hands on' approach to quickly resolve any issue; - Effectively communicate to Customer and End Users to ensure complete CSAT; - Assist in providing or documenting Knowledge Articles; - Collaboration - Ensure that solutions perform, scale, and are properly configured, with an eye on improving operational practices and procedures; - Communication - Strong written and oral communication skills, including technical documentation, are a must. Your deliverables will be highly visible to Customer Executives; Required Qualifications: - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (troubleshooting);\ - Past experience of at least 1 year in a similar position; - Willingness to stay on the cutting edge of technology (via technical training, community efforts, cross-Microsoft working relationships); - Knowledge of patch Microsoft Office 365; - Good knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and technologies, networking (TCP/IP, load balancing, ACL, routing); - Proficiency in English.
