We are looking for a Linux System Engineer:
We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Linux System Engineer
in our Bucharest-based Linux Development Team
What would you do?
You will....
...develop and operate fully automated Linux installation
...dig into Linux Distribution's internals
...package and distribute custom software via Debian system
...automate tasks & configuration of Linux Systems
...analyze applications incidents as well as case-base troubleshooting
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team
If you have:
...good understanding of Linux operating system
...at least 2-3 years experience with installing, configuring and
administrating Linux distributions, particularly Debian, preferably in a
business environment
...good scripting skills, in at least two of the following languages:
Bash, Python, Perl
...good understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, both Layer 2 and
Layer 3
Would be a plus:
...knowledge of LVS solutions(keepalived, VRRP)
...knowledge of clustering solutions like Pacemaker or DRBD
...knowledge of configuration management like Puppet or CfEngine
...knowledge of load-balancing concepts and solutions
...knowledge of German language
