Salut, Serverele NTP din pool.ntp.org sunt verificate automat si scoase din lista daca nu raspund o anumita perioada (parca e vorba despre 30 min - 1h, dar nu sunt sigur) dupa care se asteapta o perioada mai lunga inainte sa fie readaugate. Poti verifica starea unui server din pool la link-ul: http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/adresa_ip_a_serverului Pentru serverul NTP al RDS cred ca ar trebui sa iei legatura cu persoana care te-a indrumat catre el/ti-a dat adresa. Din cate stiu eu nu exista vreo obligatie de a oferi un server NTP accesibil publicului iar serverul RDS ar putea fi restrictionat doar pentru anumite IP-uri. La fel si pentru Romtelecom.
