Trebuie sa ajungi la o pagina cu Sender Information for Outlook.com Delivery Dar inainte de astea, pune SPF record in DNS si activeaza DKIM. La mine a durat 2-3 zile sa pot trimite iar pe hotmail.com. Nu era serverul in nici un blacklist.
