[rlug] UPLOAD?

Are cineva idee cum fac dintr-o pagina de web un formular pentru upload 
( de pe calculatorul client adica) ?
De exemplu cum pot sa fac o chestie cum este la yahoo mail cind vrei sa
atashezi o chestie itzi apare o ferestruica de browsing pe calculatorul
tau si poti selecta fisierul dorit .
