[rlug] kernel 2.4 and kapmd

Am compilat APM support into the kernel. Make CPU idle calls when idle.
Gnome CPU monitor este colorat tot timpul  70% cu gri (system) si cand dau
top vad ca kapmd ocupa 70% din procesor, iar komputerul sta.
E normal?  Alea sunt idle calls?
