Daca inteleg bine tu vrei sa interzici download-ul de URL-uri care se
refera la fisiere de tip zip, tgz, gz, mp3, exe, etc.
Atunci uita-te in squid.conf la sectiunile
TAG: acl - Defining an Access List
acl aclname url_regex - regex matching on whole URL

TAG: http_access - Allowing or Denying access based on defined access
