Poate nu ia bine variabilele pentru proxy. Incearca sa folosesti metoda
standard: pui in fisierul .wgetrc din home urmatoarele:
http_proxy=your.proxy.com:8080 (sau ce port ai tu)
ftp_proxy= - " - (the same stuff)
Asa ar trebui sa mearga.
