Xawtv este instalat cu "make" , "make install".
Cand am incercat sa instalez driverul bttv mi-a dat:

Am un patch pentru 2.4.0 (bttv-0.7.54-2.4.0.diff) dar nu stiu cum sa-l
instalez.........

Ce vrei sa spui prin a il intretine?
Are tot timpul updateurile la zi de pe siteul oficial, kernelul la zi (RH7.0
se da mare ca e "kernel 2.4.0 ready") si compilat dupa ce am citit
documentatiile(si dupa modelul lui 2.2.17 compilat tot de mine care a mers
fara probleme).
Iar "another OS" exista multe dar OS cu adevarat bun(in toate domeniile) nu
am vazut.........
