in primu rand asta iti da cand dai make menuconfig ca ala are nevoie de
ncurses. Vezi si tu packetu respectiv cu ncurses din debian, sau ia si tu
ncurses de la http://dickey.his.com/ncurses/ncurses.html, si instaleaza.
Daca vrei sa compilezi fara ncurses, si ai X baga make xconfig, sau mai
simplu make config.
