Man... nu stiu ce-i "lapd.cj.edu.ro", daca-i liceu / universitate or
something like this, e posibil ca administratorul de sistem sa fi
dezactivat accesul la servere de IRC. (asa se intampla la noi,
fenrir.infoiasi.ro). Cu toate ca merge ping / traceroute / telnet --
deci pe orice alt port decat alea de irc (6667) este voie... S-ar putea
sa fie si in cazul tau aceeasi problema.
Daca tu esti administrator -- ar trebui sa stii de ce nu merge.. :) See
