Asta inseamna ca nu ai ruta catre gateway-ul tau :))
Incearca ceva de genul:
/sbin/route add -host $GATEWAY dev eth0 #sau ce eth ai catre exterior
/sbin/route add default gw $GATEWAY netmask 0.0.0.0 metric 1
