Need to use the via-rhine driver. This board uses VIA's Rhine chipset. Do not
confuse it with the DE-530TX which is mentioned in the Ethernet-HOWTO and is
a generic DEC 21040 PCI chip implementation.````This is a very inexpensive
PCI 100BaseT card: Canadian$35. Quite a good deal.

VIA Rhine (VT86C100A and 3043) driver. Note: The D-Link DFE-530TX board uses
this driver, while the DE-530TX board uses the Tulip driver.
