din cite am aflat si eu se pare ca Ms SQL are o functie de backup.
E posibil ca fisierul sa fie facut chiar cu back-up-ul din Ms Sql.

gasesti detalii despre mssql.
ideea e ca daca ai un mssql la indemina poti sa incerci un check pe fisier
sa vezi daca il recunoaste. (are ceva de genul RESTORE )
daca ala e formatul, incearca sa faci restore, apoi exporti tot din ms sql in
ceva
gen csv si importi in ce vrei tu (mysql,postgres etc)
