[rlug] eroare de la modem

am trecut de la kernel 2.2 la 2.4 pe un RedHat 7.0
si in momentul cand modemul de linie inchiriata vrea sa se cupleze baga
mesajul acesta:
ioctl(PPPIOCGFLAGS): Invalid argument
Hangup (SIGHUP)

si tot bucleaza, suportul de ppp in kernel este.
