controversatei probleme a compilatorului "buggy" din Red Hat 7.x:

gccs accepted because they were not standards compliant - or, using an
alternative term to express the same thing, buggy"
Cu toate acestea, indiferent cine e de vina, compilatorul sau codul,
exista anumite combinatii cod+compilator care merg mai bine decit
altele. Spre exemplu, pentru compilarea kernel-ului si a oricarui modul
de kernel, in continuare chiar si pe Red Hat 7.x se recomanda kgcc
(adica gcc-2.91). Pentru 7.1, il luati din kitul de 7.0 ;-)
