[rlug] ascultarea unei conex TCP [probabil newbie]

As vrea (mai mult in scop de debugging) sa ascult tot ce se transmite
(in ambele directii) pe un un socket TCP fara sa deranjez in vreun fel
partile ce comunica ...

Exista vrun utilitar in acest scop sau cum as putea sa realizez eu unul?
