Am instalat proftpd 1.2.1 + msyql 3.23.38
si cu scriptuletul:

SQLConnectInfo proftpd@localhost root xxxx
SQLUserTable proftpd
SQLUsernameField username
SQLUidField uid
SQLGidField gid
SQLPasswordField password
SQLHomedirField homedir
SQLLoginCountField count
SQLLogStats on
SQLAuthoritative on
SQLPlaintextPasswords on
RequireValidShell off
.....
Merge sa ma autentific si sa ma loghez la server ...
Acum vine partea cu buba: cand dau ls imi zice ceva de genul :

Pot sa fac download dar nu stiu ce mama masii este cu ERROR!!!
By the way fara RequireValidShell off
nu merge si imi da :
babube.alex.ro (localhost[127.0.0.1]) - USER gigi (Login failed): Invalid
shell
chiar daca ii dau SQLShellField /usr/local/bin/bash!!!
Care sa fie problema???
