Se da un apache 1.3.19 si niste cgi-uri in perl apelate prin POST
in niste form-uri. Toate merg, in acelasi director, in afara de unul care
cica method post not allowed for /cgi-bin/cktcumak.pl! Ce pielea mea sa
aiba de nu-mi merge doar pentru unul dintre cgi-uri, chair daca am pus
explicit prin httpd.conf ca <Limit POST> sa allow from all?
