Nu cred ce e asta, am testat. Am fost pe mai multe pagini si mi se
intimpla aceiasi chestie. Am facut un html in care nu am pus decit:

<head></head>
<body>
<form>
<select name=text>

<option value="test2">test2</option>
</select>
<input type=submit value="ok">
</form>
</body>
</html>
Bun si dupa toata chetia asta pun netscapeul pe pagina asta si la prima
incercare nu afiseaza nimic la un nou refresh/reload ia kill.

Am dat jos tot netscape-ul si l-am pus din nou dar ... nimic.
