Bindu' nu e de acord sa cache-uiasca decat daca nu e authoritative pentru
domeniul in cauza.
De acord, e o tampenie sa faca asta oricum, dar mi s-a
parut o precizare necesara pentru nevoie amatorului de IRC. E hax0r. ;)
