 mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.4.16.img 2.4.16 (dupa ce ai terminat de compilat 
kernel + module).
 Ideea e ca ai nevoie de initrd doar in cazul in care ai pus ca module 
chestii importante (scsi sau ext3) pe care kernel-ul trebuie sa le stie sa 
poata monta partitii si sa poata accesa hdd-urile
