 intrebare de baraj. stie dobitocul de postgresql sa dea drepturi unui 
user pe o baza de date ? nu pe o tabela, ci pe o baza de date.


PS: Fara reply de genul "pune mysql" sau alte chestii din astea de prost 
gust
