Man, sorry da' nu m-am exprimat corect, am linuxu' pe ide0. Pe controleru' lu' promise vreau sa-mi pun hardu' mobil. si nu mai am alte porturi libere pe ide. Problema lui nu e ca nu buteaza de pe RAID. NU booteaza cu raidu' pe enabled. Sistemul ingheata la boot , dupa ce mi-a dat geometria hardului de pe interfata raid. Cu kernelu' 2.4.16 recompilat de mine mai tranteste ceva de nus' ce spurious udma intterrupt inainte de freeze. SI nu booteaza nici sistemul instalat, si nici instalerele lu' RH7.2 si MDK8.1 . Slacku' iasi buteaza instaleru' da' asta pentru ca are un kernel spartan, si probabil, n-are suport in kernel pentru minunea asta.
Mircea BTW ce inseamna patchuit lilo ca sa stie sa booteze de pe /dev/ataraid?
