My solution is: KDE control center -> Network -> EMail -> Preferred
Email Client:
evolution mailto:"%t";
This makes Konqueror etc. open an Evolution window with the respective
adress in the 'to:' section, I think that's what you were looking for.
KDE 2.2.1 SuSE 7.3 Kernel 2.4.16
Ben's suggestion evolution "mailto:%s"; was not working on my box (though
I tried it with %t instead of %s, and I am not sure about the difference
between %s and %t).
Note that I am using a different quotation; only the "%t" is quoted and
the 'mailto' isn't.
