Depinde ce intelegi prin "e normal".
Reboot ca user e nashpa pentru un server, intr-adevar, dar e ok pe un
desktop.

Anyway, uita-te prin /etc/pam.d/reboot si vezi ce-i p-acolo. La mine
reboot ca user nu merge.
