Salut, Cred ca ti-am dat informatii gresite: 1) loadlin merge pe partitii normale si parca si umsdos 2) iar partea de boot cu discheta este iarasi cresita.
M-am uitat pe site-ul mandrake si am vazut ca de fapt instalarea asta se face pe o partitie intr-un fisier imagine. Din nefericire nu am nici un mandrake instalat ca sa te ajut. Dar iti recomand sa cauti ceva documentatii despre programul Lnx4Win. Poate ca acest programel din distributie stie sa booteze linux-ul de pe imaginea ta. Uite ce am gasit pe site-ul lor la o cautare sumara: << Lnx4Win stands for "Linux for Windows". It is used to install Linux on Windows partition without any partitionning step. It uses a linux image and swap file. Lnx4win installs Linux-Mandrake to an image file on a hard drive and creates a desktop shortcut that allows the user to boot from MS Windows to Mandrake. This is not a umsdos file system, but a real ext2 file system inside an image file mounted by using a loopback device. Lnx4win also uses a swap file rather than a swap partition.
