amd-adv-spec-caching-disable-2.4.19pre10-2

Turn off advanced speculative caching in some AMD Athlon CPUs to work
around a kernel bug.

pageattr-2.4.19rc1-9

Synchronize kernel mappings for the AGP-GART. Possibly faster/better fix for
the same problem as the one solved by the fix above, but not verified that
it really fixes the original problem.

backout-advcache-disable

2.4.19 already has te amd-adv-..disable patch. When you want to use
pageattr it's a good idea to back it out again (already done in 2.4.20pre2+)

pageattr has been integrated into 2.4.20pre2+ now.
mem=nopentium causes crashes at boot unfortunately. To fix these apply
the following two patches. These patches will hopefully be in 2.4.20pre9

setup-caps
Make sure cpu_has_pse is set correctly after mem=nopentium

pageattr-pse-fix
Fix some buglets caused by cpu_has_pse==0
