Bun, dar: 1. ISP-ul meu (Astral) e ISP public care nu impune (asa e stipulat in contract, cel putin) nici un fel de restrictii. In plus, nu am fost anuntat cum ca in cazul meu particular s-ar fi impus restrictii. Sigur, daca nu rezolv cumva o sa-i sun sa vad care-i treaba.
