Am pus deja in dhcpd.conf netbios-name-servers ip-ul serverului wins.
Ce inseamna:
option netbios-dd-server ip-address [, ip-address... ];
The NetBIOS datagram distribution server (NBDD) option specifies a list
of RFC 1001/1002 NBDD servers listed in order of preference.

The NetBIOS scope option specifies the NetBIOS over TCP/IP scope
