Sau sa puna un iproute care stie de htb3, de exemplu cel care
vine cu cel putin rh9 (kernelul 2.4.20-x.9 din rh9 si rh9 updates e de
fapt un 2.4.23 sau 2.4.24preX, si stie de htb3).
