Am internet prin cablu+modem la un anume ISP. Problema mea este ca la interval de 10-20 minute imi pica internetul intre 10-40 secunde. Mai jos este un log tcpdump surprins chiar in timpul unei astfel de pauze.

Dupa aproximativ 40 de secunde internetul isi revine si apar si raspunsurile la ping-urile mele. Acum am si o mica intrebare. E posibil sa fie o problema de layer 1 sau layer2? Adica sarme defecte . modemuri nesincronizate, trasnete , fulgere, etc ? Sunt eu cretin sau "tehnicii" de la ISP ar putea sa gandeasca un pic inainte sa-mi spuna ca e de la modem si apoi sa-mi dea un reset gratios ? Si dupa 2 zile cand au vazut ca tactica nu da roade au schimbat modemul!!
