se pare ca ai group quota pornit.(on)
in mod normal poti edita restrictiile cu edquota -g /dev/hdb1

Nu pot sa iti spun de ce iti da failed la /etc/init.d/quotad start, caci
n-am lucrat cu Suse pana acum, si nu stiu ce face acolo. :(
Ai putea sa rulezi manual: rcportmap status, rcnfs status, rcquota
status si sa vezi unde se plange.
