tipul de la docum.org zice

"
Filters are attached to the root qdisc or a class (parent parameter) to
filter the packets that belongs to that qdisc/class. If the packet
matches a filter, it's placed in the class spedified with the flowid
parameter. Each packet that enters the root qdisc must end in a leaf
class so it can be send.

You don't have to. You can add the filters to classes and "stack" them.
If a packet is enqueued in the htb qdisc, all filters attached to the
root qdisc are checked. If a packet is redirected to a leaf class, it's
dequeued in the qdisc attached to the class. If a packet is redirected
to a class, the filters attached to that class are examined.

In previously htb versions, htb hangs if you redirect a packet to a
non-leaf class. That's solved in later versions.
"

Deci individul zice ca merge. Faza e ca merge sa le pui, asta am
verificat si eu, dar el o fi verificat daca chiar functioneaza ?

Cred ca o sa-i dau un email, sa-l intreb.
