asha... so se da un sistem virgin, instalam linux (incercat redhat 7.3 si 8.0, cdrom, floppy si network install)
cream frumos partitiile (cu fdisk sau disk druid, tot aia), si cind dam next next se intimpla ca: WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 16: Device or resource busy. The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used at the next reboot. si avem un mare buton "ignore". daca ignoram si instalam, rezulta un sistem nefolosibil (no / partition found, pass init=) daca butam (cum zice el, ca sa vada noile partitii), avem niste partitii invalide, si anume / apare ca "linux native" si nu i se poate pune label, ci doar formata; in acest caz din nou "re-reading the partition table failed with error 16". nu mi-am imaginat niciodata ca un hard pe care instalez fresh poate fi busy. ceva idei ?
