Salut, Am postat acum 2 zile un mail in legatura cu compilarea de kernel ... pana la urma s-a rezovat totul, mai putin sunetul.
Folosesc Slackware 9.1 cu kde 3.2. problema: nu imi merge sunetul ... am o placa de baza soyo k7vta cu un duran la 700 pe ea. Sound-ul este AC'97 sound system ... dar nu stiu exact ce chipset are (din cate stiu eu sunt mai multe chipseturi...). Chestia este ca, atunci cand bootez, imi apar urmatoarele mesaje: ALSA warning: No mixer settings found in /etc/asound.state. Sound may be muted. Use alsamixer to unmute your soundcard and then alsactl store to save the default ALSA settings to be loaded at boot time. Loading OSS compatibility modules for ALSA FATAL error: Module snd_pcm_oss not found FATAL error: Module snd_mixer_oss not found prima chestie am facut-o (treaba cu alsamixer...) dar a dou nu stiu de unde sa o apuc ... need your help.
