Hi list, I must admit that I am a newbie with about 10 weeks of actual Linux experience. Two books which have been helpful to me are, Mastering Linux by Danesh and Jang and the second, Linux A-Z by Cornes. Then a book or two on the specific distro would round out the library. These books are available on Amazon, but search in the "used" book section before paying full price. I believe I paid less than $10 each for books that had retail prices of $30 and $50 price tags. My Amazon search was "Linux" then "used" Hope this helps, Richard _______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web! _______________________________________________ RLUG mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.rlug.org/mailman/listinfo/rlug
