I'm setting up a two computer network.My desktop is
connected to the internet and I want to access the
internet with my laptop via the desktop. I have the
network setup. If I ping the modem from the laptop
everything works, no lost packets etc. If I ping a web
site my modem shows some activity, but it's not as
much as if I ping from the desktop. Have'ing the
firewall off doesn't make any differience. I can't
find anything that tells me what I need to do. Any
help will be appreciated. Thanks, Rich
