I don't believe that 802.11{a,g} is supported. You can check out the 
various driver pages to be sure:

        http://www.linux-wlan.com/linux-wlan/
        http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Jean_Tourrilhes/Linux/Tools.html

If they aren't supported by either tool set, you may want to consider 
running Linux inside a virtual machine on your Windows partition.
