If you spend a lot of time tracking down spammers, you might find my new
apnic.sh script useful. It parses the APNIC database for administrative
and technical contacts. Those addresses, in turn, can lend clues to the
proper domain to look up over at abuse.net.

If anyone has a similar tool, I'd love to see it, especially if it does a
better job of determining abuse addresses.
