I have a similar problem with Earthlink/Mindspring. Personally, I'm all
about stopping spam, but I think some of the ISPs have made some egregious
choices. Still, until some serious anti-spam legislation is passed or a
spam-resistant replacement for SMTP is widely deployed (IM2000, perhaps),
some ISPs will continue to throw the baby out with the bath water.

The best thing to do is to either switch ISPs, or set up a Yahoo account
for your list mail. If you're using these guys for business, run--do not
walk--to another provider. Who knows how many emails you could be missing
from your customers?
