Wow.  I nearly forgot that I was only running Linux to make a
statement to the industry.  I guess I was just so caught up in
the sheer possibilities of (several) truly open *nix system that
I lost track of my subconscious yet undying yearning for Solaris.

Oh, how I bleed (financially) for a system that, although more
powerful, is equally closed as Windows XP!

Oh, how I pine for the Solaris device naming scheme!

Oh, how my soul burns in the absence of commercial compilers and
Java propaganda!
