I'm not sure about tripwire but integrit
(http://integrit.sourceforge.net/), which is a file integrity
verification program like tripwire, has output very similar to this. You
can configure it to check everything from individual files and
directories to the entire system.  The configuration is quite simple and
you can easily copy the config file from one machine to others so it's
not like you'd have to go through a lengthy setup process on every machine.
