I originally had the thresholds at 9 and 12 (over 12 to /dev/null) and have been working them down over the past few months to the current levels, which are very manageable. As for spammishness levels, my procmail log starts July 10th and has 5035 tagged messages in it, 166 of which score over 30.00 (with one hitting 74.80!!!).
