I posted the second version of the draft Articles of Incorporation at:

Changes include:
Language in pre-amble to reflect actual Nevada Laws.
Language in Article 3 to bring draft Articles in line with draft Bylaws.
Language in Article 4 3rd paragraph to "make it sound less ridiculous"
Language in Article 10 to reflect actual Nevada Laws.
I hope that we can iron these out tonight at our meeting.
