That's the first thing I suspected, but no love. All hosts I've checked, functioning and otherwise, return the same IP: 192.18.97.204. Even more frustrating is the following: The above failed attempts occured on my Debian box, serving as router/firewall, and from which all outgoing connections are allowed by said firewall. However, attempts to open an HTTP connection from a NAT'd OpenBSD box in the subnet administered by the Debian system SUCCEED! This would suggest to me a firewall issue, but I'll be damned if I can think of how. Any thoughts?
