For those of you who missed the meeting last night, let me mention a few things that everyone may be interested in:
- Tim is now the official person in charge of announcing meetings. This will prevent the "4 hours before the meeting" announcements, otherwise known as the "RLUG flash meetings".
- Dave is in charge of finding topics for us to talk about. Hopefully he'll post here (hint, hint) what he has lined up for the next couple of months.
Heh, heh! Finally got the right email address subscribed to the list...
Here are a few ideas for topics so far: -- Getting started with Java (plus Tomcat) -- 2.6.x kernel compilation/installation -- how to use wiki (since we'll probably be using it for rlug.org)
