[RLUG] Linux for Playstation 2

Does anybody know where I can get the Sony Linux for Playstation 2 Kit?  
It's apparently no longer available in the US, and there's a "country 
chip" PAL in the PS2 console that will prevent UK or other foreign 
software from loading. 

I note that Black Rhino has a GPL version, but it needs a previous 
installation of the Sony kit to install, according to their HOWTO.  
Anybody know how to make a bootable image of that?
