Check and see if there is some menu item on your LCD that shows your
refresh rate. You should be running at 60Hz.

I have the same video card as you do. I had flickering problems and it
turned out to be the DVI cable. See if you can swap one from another LCD
and see if that fixes it. If it is a dual head card with an analog port
and the LCD also has an analog port, try running your LCD with the
analog cable and see if the flickering goes away.
