## Snippet ##
We will have time for any short talks or topics this meeting, so if
someone has something they want to talk about, they are welcome to
bring it! There will also be the obligatory topic tangents, as well as
Q&A and General Discussion time.

Hello,
I currently use Mandrake 10.0.  I also use <a href="" class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="http://www.bnro.de/~schmidjo/">"http://www.bnro.de/~schmidjo/">LinNeighborhood</a> to mount my shared windows network drives.  The LinNeighborhood site states that, "It's a GUI frontend running over Samba and Smbmount using the Gimp Toolkit."

As a short talk, or toppic, or just one-on-one, I would like to learn how to use the command line for {Samba} and/or {Smbmount} instead of using LinNeighborhood.  The reason is sometimes i use scp and need access to files stored on my windows drive that isn't already mounted.  If I can learn how to mount it while logged in through SSH, it would help a lot.

I hope someone out there could help me out on this one.  Hey, i'll even have my server up and running, with internet access at the meeting we could even try it on the spot.
